  The food itself was delicious. However... There are a few things I want to point out...
  1.) I think that pizza Hut is the ONLY business in 2016 that has not heard of air conditioning. It was hotter inside the place than it was outside. I felt like I was suffocating!
  2.) At most pizza huts there's a hostess to greet you when you walk in and want to sit down and dine... I stood there for a good 7 minutes and didn't see a single soul. I thought the business was closed to be honest. So I walked around to the other side of the place and finally saw people walking around in the back. So I stood there waiting to be greeted and waiting to figure out if I am supposed to seat myself or wait to be seated. I stood there for another minutes while the workers just ignored me standing there until I finally just blurted out "Am I supposed to seat myself?!?!" And one of them were like "oh...yea. you can seat yourself" and walked away.
  
  3.) After my 9 year old and I sat down and we're sitting there forming little droplets of sweat above our lips and growing more and more thirsty by the minute bc of the heat inside that building, it was ANOTHER long wait for a waitress to even come to the table with menus and to ask us what we wanted to drink!
  
  4.) We finally got our menus and put our drink order in. By the time we got our drinks we already knew what we wanted to we ordered...which brings me to my next complaint...
  
  5.) We ordered TWO... I repeat TWO FAMILY orders of bread sticks (so we could take the left overs home for later) and a large pepperoni lover pizza with "VERY LIGHT TO ALMOST NO SAUCE". OK, Let me explain this first... a FAMILY order of bread sticks is supposed to be 10 Bread sticks instead of the usual 5. And since we ordered TWO family orders we were supposed to get TWENTY BREAD STICKS! Our waitress only brought us 10 and yet on the receipt charged us for the 20. And the pizza.... I wish I would have taken photos... there was so much sauce that it was dripping off of the pizza into globs on my plate... I ended up taking the cheese off, scraping all the sauce off my slices and putting the cheese back on. It looked like I took the marinara dipping sauce cup and poured it onto my plate by the time I was done eating my two slices of pizza.
  
  6.) We desperately needed refills on our waters yet there was no one in site for over half of our dining experience after we got our pizza. The waitress never came to ask how everything was going and we finally got our refills when she brought us the check... you know the check that charged us for food we never got? I mentioned the over charge and asked her to fix it and also asked for a box. It took her a good 10 minutes to bring us the new bill and NO box for the extra pizza. Mind you, we can see everything she was doing and she was standing behind the counter in the corner doing what looked to be texting on her phone... INSTEAD of her job. We waited there for a little while longer to see if she would still bring it ... and no box. I finally got up and went and paid at the register and had to ask for a box yet again.
  
  Needless to say she didn't get but a $1 tip.

  This place has no heat right now it's 12 degrees and we were informed that the place has has not had heat for 2 years the customer are wearing coats and servers too!!!

  I ordered a pizza at 6:55pm. The online app stated a 45m wait time. It's 8:50.. I've called the store twice. The first time was at 8:10 where I was informed that the driver had left and it whuld just take 10m. The second time was at 840. I was informed the driver was making the delivery and it whuld take about 30m more. I payed by cc so I'm out the $30 and I had to cook ( normally not a problem but that's besides the point). I will never be using this store and I warn all who read this review, find another store. Pickup and delivery is around the same wait time. It is now 9:01 and the driver just arrive. He apologized sincerely. It wasn't his fault. But my pizza is cold. And there's no excuse for cold pizza.
